You gather storms together in the skies, condensing water to create a 100ft radius wide circle of clouds up to 1,000 feet in the air. This spell fails if cast in a vacuum or similarly airless environment. The environment under the spell becomes a thunderstorm; wind whips and lifts all objects that are not being worn or carried that weigh 50 pound or less and tosses them violently (a DM may choose for objects to be subject to the forced movement details below, applying falling damage to creatures they hit, taking weight into account. This is however, optional). Creatures who start their turn inside the radius with metal being worn, held or carried by them must make a dexterity saving throw or take 10d8 lightning damage, or half as much on a success. When a creature ends their turn in the storm, they must make a strength saving throw, or be tossed in a random direction by the winds, with a distance traveled equal to the amount they failed the saving throw DC by x10 (fall damage applies based on the amount pushed). The DM will roll a d8 for direction traveled, deciding which side means which direction. Creatures tossed fall prone.
On each of your turns, you must use your action to maintain concentration on the storm. When you do, you may target up to 3 creatures within the radius with either the lightning option or wind option; you decide for each creature. When you use an action this way, the direction they move isn't random, and they do not need to have metal on their person.
