You point at a creature that you can see and cause their blood to begin rapidly transmuting to alcohol. The target has their speed reduced by half, cannot take reactions and must make a Constitution saving throw. The target is poisoned, blinded and takes 8d6 acid damage on a failed save; the target takes half as much damage on a successful save. This spell has no effect on targets without blood and all debilitating effects end at the end of the targets next turn.
If you target a pool or container of blood, it doesn't make a saving throw; it simply turns to an alcohol of the caster's choice.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 5th.
