This spell permits you to construct a magical tether between you and a Large or smaller creature. You may attempt to pull yourself to your target or pull them toward yourself. Your target must succeed on a Strength saving throw to break the tether before it tightens and activates. A creature may willingly fail this save. The tether is broken after use.
