Arlus' Crashing Clap

You rub your hands together quickly, then clap as hard as you can. Every creature within a 15-foot radius (including the caster) must make a Constitution saving throw or take 1 thunder damage and be deafened. A deafened creature can repeat the saving throw on each of its turns to attempt to clear the effect.
