You quickly and skillfully administer the contents of your phial or syringe, forcing the affected target to make a Constitution saving throw. If they fail the saving throw, the especially strong alcohol-adjacent material infused with magic takes effect, causing the target to become Impaired. A target inflicted with the Impaired condition has a -3 penalty on attack rolls and ability checks, as well as a -2 penalty Wisdom and Intelligence saving throws. This condition ends at the start of the target’s next turn.
At Higher Levels: The duration of the Impaired condition increases to two rounds at 5th level, 3 rounds at 11th level, and 4 rounds at 18th level.
