Providing a special elixir to allies within range, you grant them all a personal shield of alchemical magic. Every willing creature who drinks this elixir becomes immune to the detrimental effects of biting insects, inclement weather, temperature, and gasses for the duration of the spell. Additionally, this shield will absorb the next direct attack that the creature suffers, ending the spell early. It will not protect against saving throws, however, which will bypass the shield without consuming it.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell at 5th level, the duration increases to 1 hour, and the shield can absorb two attacks before shattering.
