Wood Spear

You pick a piece of wood or a tiny branch and it transforms into a living-wood spear. With that spear you can make a ranged attack to one target.

If you hit the target, it makes 2d6 piercing damage and the wood starts to grow and wrap until it grapples the target. Once it's grappled, the target has to make a strength saving throw at the beggining of its turn. If it success, it is no longer grappled but if it fails the grapple remains and takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage.

If you miss, the spear falls next to the target and explodes in a million tiny pieces that makes a 1d6 slashing damage to all the creatures in a 5-foot radius.
