Whispers of the Athenaeum

Target hears faint, maddening whispers in an unknown language revealing secrets and hints of forbidden knowledge for up to one minute while the caster is concentrating. Targets must make a wisdom saving throw against the casters spell saving throw, or suffer disadvantage on perception checks that rely on sound.
