This spell converts good dark ale into a potion of incredible healing, a faintly glowing liquid form of modified Power Word Heal. Up to a keg of ale may be created at once, at a rate of 64 ounces per hour of concentrated spell casting. If created and stored unopened Power Beer Heal can be stored indefinitely in any place where ales may be stored long term. This spell will add a slight toffee taste and cinnamon odor to the ale and reduce its carbonation to a light effervescence. One dose is one pint / 16 ounces for Medium or larger creatures. Small beings must drink 1 cup / 8 ounces. Tiny creatures must drink 1 ounce.
When the potion is poured down a creature's throat, a wave of healing energy washes over the creature. It takes one round to ingest. If a person is pouring Power Beer Heal into the mouth of an incapacitated individual, they both cannot make any other actions until the end of the next round. The target regains all its hit points. If the target is missing any body parts, they are restored if they are held in their proper place. (For example, a decapitation can be healed within 6 rounds of death saves if Power Beer Heal has been poured down the body's throat and the head is held in place.) If the creature is charmed, frightened, paralyzed, poisoned, or stunned, the condition ends. If the creature is prone, it can use its reaction to stand up at the end of the next round. Roll a DC 10 Constitution save upon finishing the dose to see if the target is drunk; if the save is failed the target loses 4 Dexterity Ability Score Points for 30 minutes.
The resulting potion has no effect on constructs. Evil creatures will not like the taste and may vomit, however, the magic will have already done its work. This potion acts like a powerful Poison on Undead. If forced to drink it, an undead creature will be poisoned for 1 hour, ignoring immunity and resistance to normal poisons. So, good luck getting a lich to drink this stuff, but a Vampire can be made to drink it if the Vampire is drinking the blood of a creature who ingested Power Beer Heal within the previous 10 minutes.
