Break

You choose a creature or object that you can see. The target of your spell must make a constitution saving throw. On a fail, the target cannot move and is unconscious, and they begin to break into pieces. On the first failure, they lose their arm, then their other arm, then on their third failure, they fully shatter, dying instantly. If they succeed twice, they are saved from destruction.
