Bolt of Chills

A bolt of ice is thrown a target within 120ft of the caster, that they can see within range. When the bolt hit it buries into their chest, dealing 3d6 soul damage as it strikes the soul, and 3d6 cold damage as it freezes the body.

At higher levels: Casting this spell at higher levels adds 2d6 damage per level, 1d6 cold damage and 1d6 soul damage.
