Call to the Ancients

Call forth the eldritch god Cthulu into the mortal dimensions. Have him target one creature, creature type, class, subclass, item, item type, or area with a 10 mile diameter. He will not rest until all of what is targeted is 100% destroyed. He inherently knows where everything he must destroy is and if there is anything still surviving. After his rampage of destruction he freely exists within the mortal realm until he is either destroyed or banished. He is capable of killing gods and will try to destroy the world.
