Acoustic Bombardment

You overwhelm a creature within range with sound to the point where its eardrums potentially burst. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. Creatures with advantage on perception checks that rely on hearing have disadvantage on this saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 12d8 thunder damage and they are deafened for one minute. If the target fails the save by 5 or more, the magic lingers and indefinitely obstructs the target’s hearing. They are permanently affected by the deafened condition. This effect lasts until it is ended by one of the following spells: greater restoration, heal, or wish. On a successful save, the target takes half of the damage and is not deafened.
