Xerci’s shared sense

You concentrate your mind on a specific creature across all planes. You must know the creatures face and be familiar with them. The target must succeed a wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the creature unknowingly shares all 5 senses as if you were experiencing life through them. You can let the target know you are there if you choose to do so. On a successful save the target then knows you are trying to invade their mind and can  deny you access if they so choose.
