A magical veil spreads from you to fill a 20-foot-radius cube for the duration, creating a magical darkness. The veil covers the area rapidly and completely up to the spells boundaries. A creature with darkvision can't see through this Veil, and nonmagical light can't illuminate it. The cube originates with the caster as it's center.
If any of this spell's area overlaps with an area of light created by a spell of 2nd level or lower, the spell that created the light is dispelled.
