Upon casting the spell you magically alter the flow of time on yourself or a willing creature that is the target of the spell. The target of the spell may decide a point in their life where they were in their peak health and are changed back to that physical state and they cease to age so they may continue their journeys for all of time.

The target of the spell is immune to disease and infection and cannot be magically aged by any means. 

If the targeted creature wishes to end the effect of the spell they must impart all the information they have gained on their journey onto a willing student or disciple of their choice to better the world and ensure the knowledge and lessons they have learned over their life are not tragically lost. After the affected creature has imparted all they have to teach to a willing student a command word of the casters choice upon the completion of the ritual comes to their mind, If spoken aloud while holding the locket to their chest the ritual is dispelled and time resumes anew allowing them to age as normal from the age their body was altered to, however the immunity to disease stays allowing them to live the remainder of their life in good health.

If the command word isn't used after 24 hours it is forgotten and the affected creature must impart their knowledge anew upon a new willing student. 

If the locket is lost it is magically teleported harmlessly around the neck of the affected creature 8 hours later
