Bhalthazar’s Cloak of Fear

A black substance with a consistency  like cloth and a smooth texture, covers the body of the caster. the caster can spread this up to 10 ft around themselves. Any creature caught in the cloak other than the caster must make a dc 13 wisdom save, on failure they take 1d8+2 psychic damage and are automatically given the frightened condition. Creatures with less than 6 intelligence are completely immune to the affect.
