You send a magical homing crystal missile dashing in the air, splicing through your targets. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit the target takes 3d8 force damage. As a bonus action you can redirect the missile to an adjacent creature 10ft away. If the previous attack would the new target, the target takes half damage of what the previous creature took.

At higher level the spells damage increases for each level higher than 3rd.
