Chroma Dust

As an action, you create a green barrage of star-like orbs in front of you as a 30-foot cone. Any creature caught in this area must make a Dexterity saving throw. targets take 4d8 radiant damage and become blinded until the end of your next turn on a failed saving throw, targets that succeed its saving throw take half damage and does not become blinded. This barrage ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
