conjure brick

you summon a brick out of the sky. choose a point. a brick falls to the ground from a great height on that point. any creature at, above, or underneath that point must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d8 bludgeoning damage. the brick can then be used for other uses (building things, hitting other people, sending death threats, etc.). a brick takes up 1 cubic foot and ways 7 pounds. 

at higher levels.  the number of bricks you can summon increases by 2 at 5th level (3 bricks) and again at 11th level (5 bricks) and 17th level(7 bricks).
