This Cantrip conjures a long tether of water to the casters hand. The whip is a finesse weapon and has a range of 15 ft. Alternatively, the wielder can forgo a roll and use their spell casting DC instead. The summoning of the whip can be done while the summoner is already in the motion of throwing the whip, taking only one action to summon and strike. The whip does 1 d6 slashing damage, and counts as a magical weapon.
When used on fiery beings, the whip can douse the flames of the targets body on a hit, preventing any passive burning for that turn or possibly impose disadvantage on the targets next turn.
The damage for this spell increases by 1 d6 at higher levels, with 2 d6 at 5th level, 3 d6 at 11th level, and 4 d6 at 17th level.
