Binding Vines

You put your hands in front of you and shape your fingers into a square and look through the square

Every creature you see in a 90 degree angle must do a dc 15 dex check if failed it gets bound by magical vines 

The bound creatures can't move more than 15 feet away from each other unless the vines are destroyed (ac 15, hp half the caster's hp rounded down)

Whenever one of the bound creatures takes dmg all other bound creatures take 1d6 (2d6 lvl 5, 3d6 lvl 11, 4d6 lvl 17) magical dmg
