If the spell hits, roll 1d4 to determine its damage type.

1. Cold
2. Fire
3. Force
4. Lightning

The spell deals 2d8 damage of the determined type. Cold and fire damage create a surface 5ft in diameter. This is applicable for lightning damage creating an electric charged surface if the surface is also soaked.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for every spell level above 1st.
