This is a 13th level spell. Casters: 20
You sacrifice a massive treasure hoard to Klauth the Unrivaled Ancient great wyrm red dragon. If the sacrificed hoard is worth more than 800,000 gp, their is a 40% chance that Klauth will allow you to summon himself at a point within range of you and he remains for the next 15 minutes, but he can end the duration anytime he wants. Klauth has the stats of a Colossal sized (on grid: 60 ft. by 60 ft. to 100 ft. by 100 ft.) ancient red dragon with 920 hit points, all Ability Scores increased by 7 (with bonus to hit, damage modifiers, spellcasting ability modifiers adjusted in accordance to the increase in stats), all reach of melee attacks increased by 5 feet, all speeds increased by 10 feet (except flying speed which is increased by 30 feet), Legendary resistance 5/day, Fire Breath is in a 150 foot cone that deals 43d6 fire damage if a creature is caught in the blast and fails the saving throw, or half as much damage on a success, and his AC is 24. If Klauth is summoned this way in order to battle some player characters and is defeated (somehow), a single player character gains 135,000 XP from defeating him.
If the hoard's value is worth 450,000 gp or less, Klauth allows you an enormous amount of magical power, summoning a flaming aspect of Klauth instead within range of you that remains for the next 20 minutes. This aspect has the same stats as an adult green dragon, except that it is an Elemental with the subtype of Dragon, has 240 hit points, has all of its Ability Scores increased by 2 (with bonus to hit, damage modifiers, spellcasting ability modifiers adjusted in accordance to the increase in stats), has immunity to fire damage instead of poison damage, its breath weapon deals fire damage instead of poison damage, and at the start of each of its turns, each creature within 10 ft of it takes 6 (1d12) fire damage plus 1 force damage. When this aspect is summoned you must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or be cursed for 1 day. While cursed, you have disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws, and you have vulnerability to damage dealt by dragons and their minions and to fire damage.
If Klauth is summoned, he obeys your verbal commands and is friendly to you (but not under your control), follows his own initiative and can take whatever actions he wants on his turn unless you tell him not to, which takes a bonus action. If the aspect is summoned, it is under your control and obeys all of your spoken commands and acts immediately after you in the initiative.
In ancient time of the world of D&D there were no limits for what magic could do. But then Mystra, the goddess of magic, after having to kill herself to save the weave from Karsus' foolishness, decided that such magic was too powerful, reducing the strength of spells an individual could cast to 9th level. Due to the impossibility for a mortal to have 10th level or higher spell slots, there must be a number of secondary casters, each using a 9th level spell slot, to cast it as shown in the Casters. In addition to the secondary casters there are also the main caster who is the person actually casting the spell. This person chooses the targets of the spell and any other choice that must be made to cast the spell and could actually make a spell target some of the secondary casters even if they did not agree to. If a spell requires concentration its only the primary caster who must maintain concentration. Immediately after casting a 10th level or higher spell, all casters must make a DC (9+spell level) Constitution save or suffer from 1 level of exhaustion (10th or 11th level spell), 2 levels of exhaustion (12th or 13th level spell), 3 levels of exhaustion (14th or 15th level spell), 4 levels of exhaustion (16th level spell), instant death (17th level or higher spell).
