You release a chord from the Discordance of Madness that scorches the minds of all creatures within range. All affected creatures take 4D6 psychic damage and must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target is afflicted by Major Madness. Roll on the Major Madness table to determine the effect. A deafened creature automatically succeeds on the save.
