A shimmering, whirling tornado of condensed air blasts toward all targets within range and attempts to slice off a body part, or even their head. Make a ranged spell attack against all the targets in a 60 foot cone extending from you. On a hit, the target takes 7d8 magical slashing damage immediately.
- If you roll a 20 on the spell attack roll, that target dies outright if it has less than 100 HP, as its head gets severed, or throat gets cut from the blades of condensed air in the hurricane.
- If you roll a 18-19 on the spell attack roll, that target takes an extra 3d8 magical slashing damage and you can choose to lop off one of the target's limbs, with the effect of such loss determined by the GM. If the creature has no limb to sever, you lop off a portion of its body instead.
- If you roll an 16-17 on the spell attack roll, that target takes an extra 1d8 magical slashing damage and you can choose to knock the creature prone.
