Damage/Effect
The caster places their hands on a willing creature. That creature's garments are instantly dried and warmed (as if dried by a cozy fire) and have a faint, pleasant smell. In addition, the creature is filled with a sense of comfort as if they were cuddled by a fire. This effect only applies to the target's clothing, not the creature's skin or armor.
