Bind Lesser Outsider

You attempt to place a creature or creatures under your control; the targeted creature(s) must be either elemental, fey, or fiend. The targets must make a Charisma saving throw or be placed under your control for the duration; the targets remain on your plane of existence for the duration of your concentration unless they are targeted by some sort of banishment effect. The total combined challenge rating of the targets cannot exceed CR 2.

Affected targets are considered allies to both you and your current allies. The targets must obey your spoken commands (no action required) to the best of its ability, though they may try to twist your words to their own ends, depending on the type of creature snared. Suicidal commands are allowed, though the creature is allowed a Charisma saving throw if one is given. This only applies to obviously suicidal courses of action, like throwing oneself into a deadly trap.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of a higher level, the maximum CR allowed by the spell increases by 1 for each slot level over 2nd.
