A black,  roiling hatred rises within your body as you cast this spell. Choose a creature you can see within range; they become aware of you no matter the obstacles or distance between you. If you know the name of the creature, you do not need to see them for this spell to take effect.

When you deal damage to this creature with a weapon attack, you can reroll the damage die of the weapon, taking the higher result. When you hit the creature, you can choose to end the spell in vindictive flash, causing your weapon to deal 4 times its normal damage die for that attack.
