Axetooth's Revitalizing Gingerbread Man

You imbue magical life into a gingerbread man that can be no taller than 6 inches. The only purpose the ginger bread man has in life is to be consumed for magical healing. The gingerbread man has a walking speed of 20ft, an AC of 10 and has hit points equal to your spell casting ability modifier. The ginger bread man has the following stats:
Str: 2 Dex: 12 Con:0 Int: 1 Wis: 18 Cha: 20
When you create the gingerbread man, you can give him a two word vocabulary using any language you can speak at the time of casting the spell. The ginger bread man can be broken into divisible pieces and its restored hit points are divided evenly amongst those pieces. For example, if the ginger bread man can restore 5 hit points, you can break him into 5 equal sized pieces that each restore 1 hp. Numbers have to be whole. You can have up to your proficiency bonus number of gingerbread men at any given time and no more.  If the gingerbread man's hit points are reduced to zero, the spell ends but a delicious, probably stale, cookie remains.

When Cast at higher levels.

Increase the gingerbread man's hit points by the number of the spell's level and it will deal an addional 1d8 healing per level.

The gingerbread man becomes fully sentient and gains an intelligence score of 14 and a Constitution score of 10.  It can give its life to resurrect an ally who has been dead for less than 10 minutes. When you cast this spell you cannot cast it again as long as the gingerbread man remains alive.
