Blessing of the Spider Queen

When casting this spell, you whisper and incantation while tracing sigils in the air. After the verbal, and somatic components you then blow the dust into the target. This spell can only be cast upon a Cleric. 

The target gains the ability to use Divine Intervention with out having to roll percentile die. It becomes an auto success. The spell last for 24 hours or until the target uses Divine Intervention.
