Arcane Word: Water Shape

Uttering a sound you unleash your will upon the world to call upon the power of water and shape the world around you. You choose an area of water that you can see within range and that fits within a 5-foot cube and manipulate it in one of the following ways:

• You instantaneously move or otherwise change the flow of the water as you direct, up to 5 feet in any direction. This movement doesn’t have enough force to cause damage.

• You create an instantaneous, harmless sensory effect, such as a shower of rain drops, light mist or fog, a burst of snowflakes, a rainbow, or waves and ripples.

• You instantaneously dry or soak an area no larger than a 5 foot cube.

• You cause the water to form into simple shapes and animate at your direction. This change lasts for 1 hour.

• You change the water’s color or opacity. The water must be changed in the same way throughout. This change lasts for up to 1 hour.

• You change the water’s viscosity. You cannot make the water any more viscous than syrup. The water must be changed in the same way throughout. This change lasts for up to 1 hour.

• You freeze the water, provided that there are no creatures in it. The water unfreezes in 1 hour.

• You boil the water, provided that there are no creatures in it. The water cools down in 1 hour.

• You chill, warm, or flavor up the water or ice for 1 hour,

• You put out one flame in a 5-foot cube causing the spell to end.

• You instantaneously clean or soil a mass of water or ice no larger than 1 cubic foot.

If you cast this spell multiple times, any of it's non instantaneous effects last until time runs out or dismiss such an effect as an action.

At Higher Levels. the amount of water this spell can control increases by another 5 foot cube at 5th(2 cubes), 11th(3 cubes), and 17th(4 cubes) level.
