As you invoke Clarity's Whispers, you channel the erratic essence of The Clarity, Prince of Madness and Unpredictable Chaos. You touch a being who is drugged, drunken, unconscious, or sleeping. The caster rings a small silver or brass bell and speaks the verbal component, releasing The Clarity's whimsical power upon the subject.

The target must make a Wisdom saving throw at -2. If the save is failed, the being begins to speak incoherently and ramble on random topics in all languages known to them. They cannot hear questions and cannot be forced by mental or magical control to give specific answers.

While under the influence of Clarity's Whispers, the target experiences a peculiar and unpredictable connection to The Clarity's realm. There is a 10% cumulative chance per round that they reveal random fragments of information. These fragments may include cryptic names, unrelated phrases, or bits of esoteric knowledge. The revelations are shared in a chaotic and whimsical manner, often rendering them cryptic and perplexing.

If the affected person is awakened at any time, the spell is broken, and the whispers cease.
