Azure Bolt

You weave a bolt of pure blue arcane energy and strike forth at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 plus your spellcasting ability modifier in force damage. You may effectively triple the range of this spell as a part of your casting, as long as you elect to take disadvantage on the attack roll required.

When determining the spells damage, your may add your spellcasting ability modifier twice when you reach 5th level, thrice when you reach 11th level, and four times at 17th level.
