Whip of the Bronze Dragon

Upon repeating the incantation and perform a grandiose gesture, a whip made of lightning sprouts from the end of a finger of your choice. The whip's length and damage varies on the finger chosen. Index/Middle finger grants a 10 ft. whip, that does 2d6+ your spellcasting modifier upon attacking, which uses an action. Choosing your pinky or thumb will give a range of 5 ft. with a damage of 2d8+ your spellcasting modifier per hit. You can choose to make a flicking motion with your fingers in order to crack the whip, sending a small bolt of lightning dealing 1d4 lightning damage from the end of the whip, snap to dispel the whip at any time. If you have the 10 ft. whip, you can arc the whip around an obstacle, such as a wall or ally to avoid hitting them.
