You imbue a single tree within range with a semblance of life, making it animate and attack nearby enemies. For the duration, this tree becomes a construct under your control that fights on your behalf.

Small Tree (e.g., Apple, Cherry):
Armor Class: 13, Hit Points: 35, Speed: 20 ft., STR 16, DEX 10, CON 16, INT 3, WIS 3, CHA 1, Slam Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. -
Medium Tree (e.g., Oak, Maple):
Armor Class: 15, Hit Points: 50, Speed: 25 ft., STR 18, DEX 8, CON 18, INT 3, WIS 3, CHA 1, Slam Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage. -
Large Tree (e.g., Redwood, Sequoia):
Armor Class: 17, Hit Points: 75, Speed: 30 ft., STR 20, DEX 6, CON 20, INT 3, WIS 3, CHA 1, Slam Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d12 + 5) bludgeoning damage. -

All trees have Damage Vulnerabilities: Fire, Damage Resistances: Bludgeoning, Piercing, Senses: Passive Perception 10, Languages: understands the languages of its creator but can’t speak, and are immune to psychic and all conditions.
The tree makes slam attacks against any enemy within its reach. If there are no enemies within its reach, it will uproot itself and move towards the nearest enemy.
If the tree drops to 0 hit points, it reverts to being an ordinary tree and is no longer under your control.
When the spell ends, the tree reverts to its normal state and is no longer under your control.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can animate one additional tree for each slot level above 4th.
