Address the Cosmos

By communing with the cosmos above, you may move the stars and arrange the rotation of the planet beneath your feet.

Choose a time of day (Dawn, Midday, Dusk, Night). By communing with the land below and the skies above for one minute, you change the current rotation of the planet on which you stand to match that time of day. At which time the planet continues its normal rotation and orbit.

This unnatural phenomina is cause for fear among flora and fauna of the planet and is considered unnatural among most Druid circles.

Repeated casting of this spell has an accumulative 25% chance of breaking the natural rotation and orbit of a planet, potentially fatal for all. This danger passes after an hour of any casting of "Address the Cosmos"
