This spell makes a target  that will follow your enemies if it gets hit with an attack it will shock your enemies, target has an ac of 5 + targets Dex the shock damage deals 1d4+casting mod lightning damage. 

at 5th level this does 2d4 and at 8th level it does 3d4 11th level it does 4d4
