Assimilate Flesh

The user must be holding or in contact with the required material components and speak the verbal component for this spell to take effect. Upon taking effect, the user is immobilized for the duration of the spell. The user absorbs and assimilates the material components into their own body, regaining 1d4 hitpoints for every 2kg of flesh absorbed. Each 2kg of flesh requires 3 seconds to absorb. The source / quality of the flesh is irrelevant: it can be rotting or fresh on a body. Only the mass of the flesh matters. 

The spell immediately ends if the user takes any damage or is inflicted with a status condition other than Invisible or Charmed.
