Touching a target creature, can grant boons in the form of catlike abilities.... that's what we'll call them, yes. Anyways. Side effect, the target also gains a pair of Cat ears, where they can fit on the target's head.

The target creature gains advantage on perception checks, based upon sight, smell, or hearing. As well as a small Darkvision range of 60ft. 
IN ADDITION as an action, the target of the spell can use an action to say the words "Nya" coupled with specific hand motions, and one target creature that can see and hear the hand motions and words within 60ft must make a DC 14 Wisdom Saving throw or be stunned until the end of the enchanted creature's next turn.
