Cerwick's Copper Cables

You extend your hand towards 2 targets that you can see within 120 feet of you. All targets of the spell become linked to all other targets of the spell by intangible cables. If a target takes lightning damage, all other targets suffer that same damage. If a target dies, is incapacitated, or moves 120 feet away from every other target of the spell, the cables snap from that target.

At Higher Levels: For every level that this spell is cast above 2nd, you may add one additional target to the spell, and increase the casting time by 1 round.
