Wild Burst

The caster is flooded with pure magical energy and releases it with unpredictable results. Choose 2 random spells from any spell list and cast them instantly, taking up any spell slots that they normally would. If this would make the caster cast a spell with a level they cannot normally cast, cast it anyways, expending the highest level of spell slot available and taking 3 force damage for each level higher than normal.
