DON'T USE THIS SPELL UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR CHARACTER AND END YOUR CAMPAIGN!!!
Your blackened soul implodes and consumes you. Once this spell is cast your body Permanently transforms into a demonic reflection of what it once was, for the duration of the spell the only language you can speak is abyssal, your movement is tripled , your damage is doubled, The creatures and people you kill cant be resurrected by any means, you have a resistance to all damage types, your maximum hit points is increased to 750, you're immortal, you can fly for a distance of ten times your base movement speed, you grow to the size category of huge, you gain blindsight, you gain truesight, you can create a scream that can be heard up to 1000 metres, you can use a breath attack that hits in a line on front of you that has a distance of 10000 metres with a width of radius of 40 metres that deals 5d10 for two damage types of your choosing, you are classed as a demon, if a melee attack misses you then you can attack back with a tail swipe dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage and 1d6 necrotic damage, you are immune to poison and disease, you have advantage on ability checks and saving throws and you have a 50% chance to attack your allies for the full damage of whatever spell or attack you make. If you cast a spell that applies a negative ailment to yourself, it wont effect you.
Once you have cast this spell, the spell "Soul Drain" when cast as a cantrip it has the effect of the spell when cast as a ritual. If “Soul Drain” is cast as a ritual it will target everything within 100ft of its caster.
If this spell is used by a 'Path of the broken' monk then your abilitys (Black Talons, Unholy Vitality and Unnatural Consumption) will triple in strength/effectiveness.
If this spell is cast as a ritual then it can be cast on someone else.
After casting this spell you can use an action to transform into and out of your normal form, if you do this, whilst in your normal form all of the effects of the spell are taken away instead of; triple movement, double damage, immortality, blindsight, truesight, upgraded 'Path of the broken' abilitys, upgraded soul drain and immunity to being charmed, poisoned and diseased, advantage on ability checks and saving throws. You can only stay in your normal form for 24 hours at a time and will have to take a long rest to be able to do it again.
This spell cannot be reversed or replicated by any means (Including the use of the spell wish)

Posted Aug 6, 2024Tone down some of those numbers and get rid of the immortality bit and this might make or a cool end-of-campaign twist where one of the PC's succumbs to some sort of demonic influence and BECOMES the BBEG. I dig the concept here.
