Perhaps it can prevent True Seeing from being cast on a creature with Mind Blank already cast upon them but ... if the spell True Seeing doesn't target the creature protected by Mind Blank then the protected creature can be seen with the True Sight that was conferred by the True Seeing spell. True Sight is not divination magic, just an ability conferred by a divination spell.
