Applause

You conjure dozens of spectral hands above you which observe your surroundings in quiet contemplation. When a non-hostile creature in the spells radius makes a critical success, the hands are roused into applause, giving the creature that made the success a bardic inspiration. However, if a creature hostile to you makes a critical failure within the spells radius, they are met with jeers, hushed whispers of dissent, and crickets chirping. That creature gains a -1d6 penalty to their next check, to a minimum of 1. Once a creature is applauded or jeered in this way, they are immune to the audience for the rest of the duration.
