Brain Freeze

You harness a mass gathering of latent psionic and frost energy at a creature you choose within range. A creature takes 5d6 cold damage & 5d6 Psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the target fails, the frost gathers within their mind and brain making it impossible to maintain concentration & forcing disadvantage on all intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma Saving throws. At the end of each of the creature's turns it makes an intelligence saving throw to cancel out the effects of the spell. If they succeed, the spell ends.
