Body Scan

Touching a willing and conscious creature reveals the creature's current Hit Points, Defenses, Conditions, and Constitution Values to the caster The caster receives 1d4 to any medicine checks or Necromancy Spells directed at the creature for 1 round. If the creature is unwilling or unconscious,  this spell is regarded as an attack.  The creature performs a Constitution saving throw DC 10.  On success, the spell does not take effect and the creature gains advantage on all other attempts for the next minute.

NOTE: If the creature's state(HP, Defenses, Conditions, or Constitution Values) changes during the duration of this effect, the spell's effect ends.
