Damage/Effect
You summon intangible, shadowy whispers that envelop a creature within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be afflicted with paranoia, perceiving harmless creatures and objects as malevolent for the duration. Additionally, while under this spell's effect, the target has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks relying on sight.
