Aperturum

The spell creates a magical portal, or way, between a place in the current plane and one of the inner planes (Feywild; Shadowfell; and Planes of Air, Fire, Earth, Water) at the same relative location such that Large and smaller creatures can pass through it. For the duration, any creature can step into the way and exit into the other plane using 5 feet of movement.

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level the duration is 8 hours, spell slot of 7th level the duration is a day, spell slot of 8th level the duration is a week, and spell slot of 9th level the duration is a year and a day.
