Windshear

A sheet of biting wind is hurtled toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 slashing damage.

The spell creates multiple slices of wind when you reach higher levels: two at 5th level, three at 11th level, and four at 17th level.  If you desire it, you can select a different target for each. Make a separate attack roll for each attack.
